It is also established that prices for a single unit of print space and the unit of a broadcast time for conducting pre-election agitation shall be established by the respective news media not later than eighty days prior to the election day, and cannot exceed the size of arithmetic mean value of a price for commercial advertisement for the period of fourth quarter of the year, preceding the year of elections.
Under the law, mass media of all types of ownership shall publish in the print media prices of one minute (second) of broadcast time and prices of a single unit of print space not later than seventy days prior to the election day.
